Terms and Conditions

Valid for all previous clients

Vouchers are valid until 30th June 2024
Vouchers do not have any cash or cashback value

Patient Consultations

All new patients will undergo a comprehensive consultation with Dr Shyna, lasting approximately 30 minutes. This will include details of your medical history and is essential to assess your suitability to receive any treatments
All patient data is strictly confidential and will be stored and protected in accordance with Shine Medical Cosmetic Clinic’s privacy policy
New patients are defined as patients who have never been seen previously by Dr Shyna
New patient consultations are free, but a pre-appointment deposit of £45 is required at the time of booking. This deposit is redeemable against any subsequent treatment costs
If, following the consultation, no subsequent treatments are required, the deposit will be refunded in full
For patients who have been seen before, a further brief consultation will take place prior to any further treatments, to confirm and update your medical records. This will last approximately 15 minutes and is free of charge

Appointment Timings

Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes in advance. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling of your appointment
If your arrival time needs to be earlier, we will advise you at the time of booking

Treatments

Following consultation, a 48-hour cooling-off period is recommended before any proposed treatments are undertaken. However, if, for your own convenience, you wish to proceed directly to treatment, this can be done at the discretion of Dr Shyna
Having taken the recommended cooling-off period, if after this period you wish to proceed to treatment, a deposit of £45 is required in advance of the treatment and confirmation of the appointment will only be provided following receipt of payment. The balance of payment due will then be taken on completion of the treatment
If you proceed directly to treatment immediately after the consultation, full payment for the treatment will be taken on completion of the treatment
For treatment programs requiring more than 1 visit, full payment for the whole program will be taken on completion of the first treatment
Monies paid for treatment programs are non-refundable and non-transferable, once the treatment program has commenced
All treatment programs paid for must be completed within 6 months of the initial treatment. After this period, any further treatments will be considered as new, thereby incurring a new charge
If you decide to discontinue a treatment program after it has been commenced, any monies paid are non refundable and non-transferable
All treatment prices are displayed on the website
Shine Medical Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment at any time, if, you are either thought to be unsuitable for it or it is not in your best interests to receive it
Payments for muscle relaxing injections include one free top up, if required, at the first follow up appointment. Subsequent treatments are considered as new treatments and will incur further charge.

Follow up appointments

You will be offered a follow-up review after receiving a treatment. This can either be done via telephone call or email or by a face-to-face appointment, depending on your preference
All follow-up appointments are free of charge

Cancellation policy

Due to high demand, there is a 48-hour cancellation policy
If you do not attend your booked appointment or are more than 30 minutes late for it or fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before the appointment, this will be classed as a “no-show”
In the event of a “no-show”, the pre-appointment deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferable
In the event of a "no show" for a session as part of a treatment program, that session will be considered as lost and non-refundable

Refunds

Whilst we undertake to provide a high quality and professional service and use only the best products, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations

Age Policy

We do not treat patients under 18 years of age
As we are a medical aesthetic clinic, only patients over 18 are permitted on the premises.
